This is the name of an article I recently read in Readers Digest. Basically it's about living a life as if you feel gratitude, and then, the real thing will come (positve thinking and all that who-ha). Apprantley, people who wrote down what they are grateful for became 25% happier that those who did not (over a 10 week period, of course). I'm still deciding if I should keep an actual journal of such lists or if I should just post one. Nonetheless, here is my gratitude attitude list:
1. that I can live at home whilst studying and being a poor student (oh, the boomerang generation)
2. that I am healthy and not bed ridden or anthing of the sort
3. the sun is out and I'm on holidays
4. that I'm studying something I love
5. that I got to kiss the boy that I've had a crush on for 3 years
6. that said boy has invited me back and I'm seeing boy in 41 sleeps
So, there is my gratitude list. I like it.
